A visit from ciocia (aunt Patrycja)
My sister Patrycja is visiting us! She flew in last Tuesday (Jan. 8) and is leaving tomorrow :(
She has been a big help taking care of Gabe and me :) I will miss her A LOT!
We spend most of the week just hanging at home, enjoying each other's company and enjoying Gabe. However, we did get out a couple of times. On Thursday morning, we went to have Gabe weighed. He was 7 lbs 7 oz. The last time he was weighed, which was two weeks ago, he was 6 lbs 4 oz. He is growing up so fast - TOO FAST.
On Thursday evening, we went and saw "PS I love U" and afterwards grabbed sushi with Dave and Justin Cash. On Sunday, we went and saw "Atonement." The movie is nominated for best picture and other awards, but we both found it way too depressing. So afterwards, we rented Ellen Degeneres Here and Now and watched that. We both needed to laugh :)
Today (Monday) we had a fun picture session with Gabe. Here he is with his pals.
